HOW TO BECOME A NEW CLIENT

  1. Please read through our policies and requirement details. If everything matches up with your pup, please visit the CONTACT US link and complete an inquiry form (recommended) or give us a call at (650) 808-7233 Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm.  If we don't answer, we may be out with the pups.  Please leave a message and we will get back to you at our earliest opportunity.

  2. We will schedule an at-home "Meet and Greet"  for both you and your pup so we may get acquainted.  This will give us the opportunity to learn more about your pup's history, walking needs while also providing you with more information about who we are, what we do and why we are qualified to care for your doggie.  The initial consultation usually takes about an hour or so and is a vital part of the process.

  3. Once everyone is familiar with how things work, we will start with an Introductory Period. The introductory period is a two-week trial period consisting of six (6) walks where everyone can "feel things out" and really make sure Point Fetch Match is a perfect fit for your pup.  This period also allows us to assess your pup's "walk-ability" and eventually get them acclimated to walking in a small pack.  The cost of the introductory period will be at the price of $36.00 per walk and must be prepaid prior to the first scheduled walk date.

  4. Once the introductory period is completed, we will meet with you again to discuss how your pup did and work with you to create a regular walking schedule complete with goals and progress report cards.  And that's it...You're part of the Point Fetch Match Family!
